Nona’s Chicken Teriyaki Ramen

Ingredients

6 oz chicken, thinly sliced

1/2 cup green cabbage, shredded

1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced

1/4 cup onion, thinly sliced

2 tbsp vegetable oil

Optional Garnish: chopped green onions, sesame seeds
*Equipment: A large nonstick skillet, wok or cast iron skillet required for this recipe
Instructions

Cut a small vent in noodle pouches and microwave until they are warm (30 to 60 sec). Leave noodles in pouch.

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and stir-fry 3 to 4 min until cooked. Set chicken aside.

Add remaining oil. Add onion and stir-fry for 2-3 min. Add mushrooms and cabbage and stir-fry for another 2-3 min till tender.

Add chicken back into the skillet. Add noodle and Bachan’s sauce. Toss everything for 1 min.

Top with optional garnish. Serve and enjoy.
